PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY

PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

At YY Circle, your privacy isn’t just a policy — it’s a promise. We know your personal data is more than just information — it’s trust. And we take that seriously. That’s why protecting your data is baked into everything we do.

This Privacy and Data Protection Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your personal and sensitive information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988.
